Spirit of ’76, L.L.C. (“Spirit”) maintains its own product liability and premises liability insurance through a reputable insurance company. If you are a wholesaler or retailer and require, as a prerequisite to your purchase, that Spirit add you as an additional insured under its policy, we will extend coverage. However, this requirement will only be met when purchasing both our product and extended services. 

Product

Protect your business from product related claims, If, as part of Customer’s purchase from Spirit of ’76, L.L.C. (“Spirit”), the Customer requires that Customer be named as an additional insured under the product liability coverage of Spirit’s Commercial General Liability Insurance, then Spirit may agree to do so. Special insurance terms and conditions will apply. The limits of product liability coverage are $1,000,000.00 per occurrence/$2,000,000.00 products-completed operations aggregate limit. An administration fee of two percent of the total product cost and additional contractual terms and conditions will apply to your order. Premise

Protect your business with premises liability coverage. I, as part of Customer’s purchase from Spirit of ’76, L.L.C. (“Spirit”), the Customer requires that Customer’s or its temporary stand premises, site or location be named as an additional insured under the “premise liability” coverage of Spirit’s Commercial General Liability Insurance, then Spirit may agree to do so. Special insurance terms and conditions will apply. The limits of premises liability coverage are $1,000,000.00 per occurrence/$2,000,000.00 general aggregate. An administration fee of $400.00 per temporary stand premises, site or location will apply. If additional coverage is required as part of your purchase, please contact a Spirit representative at (573) 447-1776.

During the checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to select whether you require Spirit to extend product liability and/or premises liability coverage as a requirement of your purchase.

Spirit of ’76, L.L.C. (“Spirit”) reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether or not to extend product liability and premises liability insurance coverage to the customer as an additional insured.  If requested by the customer as a required, prerequisite to your purchase, and agreed to by Spirit, additional contractual terms and conditions will apply to your order.
